The food was fine - a wide array of options. The hotel's position was magnificent, short walk to beach club and beach club, and island. Delicious breakfast and other services where amazing!

I had the most amazing stay at Amar! The hotel is truly a hidden gem in a peaceful location. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. I particularly loved the outdoor shower, providing a unique experience. The hotel grounds were impeccably clean, allowing me to walk barefoot without any concerns. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Echo Beach and with plenty of great restaurant options nearby. I highly recommend Amar for a soul-refreshing and dream-like stay. I can't wait to come back!

I loved the beautiful decoration at the hotel. The attention to detail in every corner was impressive, from the ornate animal carvings to the elegant dark wood façade of the Chinese temple. It made me feel like I was staying in a place of history and culture. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like me. The pathways were wide and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulty.

It would have been nice if there were more activities specifically catered towards senior people. The children working there were very helpful and kind, but I would have appreciated some activities or amenities that are more suitable for older guests.

I always come back to this hotel. Staff helped with directions on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. Plus, a welcome drink, airport shuttle, and an outdoor pool. Perfect for my needs. Can't wait to return for New Year.

The hotel offered a fantastic Christmas experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal, close to the beach for those who enjoy surfing, and within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel was beautifully designed and decorated, with earthy and warm elements that made us feel comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the tranquil pool and the terrace on the upper floor where we could relax and watch the sunset.

There were no major negative aspects that affected our stay. However, it would have been convenient if the hotel had offered lunch and dinner options, as we had to rely on the nearby restaurants for our meals.

During our Easter stay, we absolutely loved the cleanliness of the accommodation. The rooms were spotless, and the service provided was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel was key for us, as we were able to easily walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and spa. It was a great advantage not having to deal with the busy traffic in the area.

The only downside was having to leave. We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at the hotel that we didn't want to say goodbye.

The property is located in a wonderful neighborhood close to the beach, with easy access to a great stretch of beach without the crowds. The breakfast was outstanding, combining the best of Portuguese and Balinese cuisine, and served with love and care. The hosts were amazing, like staying with family, and provided great recommendations. The location is perfect, away from the busy center but still close to all the restaurants and attractions. a perfect arrival to Bali!
